SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and outside.

Delivery Times and Methods

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Evri (2-3 Business Days) - £3.70

  • Evri Next Day (3pm cut-off time) - £4.60

  • DPD Next Day (3pm cut-off time) - £5.95

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm for next-day delivery will be processed the following business day.

Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Sunnaarabian@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues

While we work with reliable courier services (Evri and DPD), we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Industrial action

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Sunnaarabian@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel:

  • You will typically receive a notification with redelivery options

  • Parcels may be left with a neighbour or at a local collection point (depending on courier policy)

  • If you do not arrange redelivery or collection within the courier's holding period, the parcel will be returned to us

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
